With calligrapher Maki Shimano
This is a collaboration workshop by cake designer Yuyu.
Modern calligraphy is very popular all over the world.
In the first half of the workshop, you will use a brush and edible paint from overseas to put letters on cookies.
It can also be applied to domestic edible colors, so the canvas can be paper or cookies...♡
If you master it, it will expand the range of your work at once.
In the second half, let's make icing cookies with a wedding motif including a dress full of frills!
Beginners to experienced people are welcome.
First half ◆ Brush calligraphy
